- Les documents sont expédiés par Service Postal suivi. Ils voyagent aux risques et périls du destinataire, et l’expéditeur ne saurait être tenu responsable de la perte ou de la détérioration d’un envoi postal. Sur demande préalable je peux vous proposer une expédition avec assurance.
- Les autres objets sont expédiés par Shop2Shop by Chronopost pour la France, et par Colis Postal pour les autres pays.
Emballage :
- Les documents sont insérés dans une enveloppe scotchée au dos. Sur les grandes enveloppes la mention „NE PAS PLIER“ est ajoutée en grandes lettres.
- Les autres objets sont rangés dans un colis cartonné.
Frais de port :
- Les frais de port sont calculés au poids réel de la lettre ou du colis fermé (et peuvent, en cas d'achats groupés, être réajustés au moment de la facturation).
- Le suivi est demandé par les organismes de paiement électronique (preuve de dépôt - réception).
